Ever wonder who is working behind the scenes to help get things done?  Well…here they are….our Board of Directors.  Read further to find out a bit about them.




Lynn Thull has 17 years of demonstrated achievement in executive positions. She has extensive expertise in new program development including strategic planning, consensus building, conflict management, and program/project implementation, quality improvement projects, monitoring outcome measures, and compliance to funding source, licensing, and accreditation agency requirements. Through her demonstrated experience in Master Planning she has interfaced with community leaders, funding sources and accrediting agencies including networking and relationship building. Lynn is a proven staff development expert including development of formal training, workforce development, diversity emphasis, position competency job descriptions and evaluation tools, and coaching/mentoring experiences. Her In depth understanding of government and legislative developments including function of local, state, and federal governments has served her well in her career. Finally, she is well versed in multiple initiation, expansion, and blending funding sources including federal, state, local, and private funding including EPSDT, FFP, CalWorks, MHSA, First 5, Healthy Families, as well as public and private grants.




Cynetra Verona-Donnelly is the Assistant Vice President of Comerica Bank Sacramento. She is a 25 year native of Sacramento and holds a degree from CSU-Sacramento in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing Communications. Her business background includes working in the insurance industry for companies like Blue Shield of California and Colonial Life and Health to name a few. She was the Branch Manager for CitiFinancial Services, Inc. in the cities of Antelope, Citrus Heights and Sacramento. She is a recent grandmother of two darling girls, an avid golfer and a member of Sacramento local arts community.

Altheara Neuroth is currently working towards the completion of her Master’s Degree in Public Administration. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from UC Davis in 2003. Altheara is a Sacramento native and has spent the last thirteen years working in the non-profit community with agencies such as Francis House, Volunteers of America, and Child Action, Inc. Altheara’s passion comes from her personal experiences as she became a single mother at the age of 17. Since then she has pulled herself up from her bootstraps, faced adversity, and is now focuses on giving back to the community. Altheara personally understands the value of social services and is dedicated to the mission of the Center for Community Health and Well Being, Inc. and the importance of the organization’s presence in the community.
